Maintenance Requests

In the event of a fire, medical emergency, or violent situation, please call 911.
Please report the emergency to our toll-free maintenance repair number as soon as it’s safe to do so at 1-877-590-0204
General Maintenance Issues
A maintenance request should be submitted when maintenance or repairs are required in your home. For example, a request might address leaky pipes, re-hanging closet doors, M’akola appliance repairs, or any issues in common areas.
Requests for repairs are only made through the toll-free maintenance repair number at 1-877-590-0204.
All maintenance requests are logged and allocated through our central system. Please don’t contact the Caretakers directly.
General Maintenance Procedure
- It is the tenants’ responsibility to notify the office immediately of any required repairs.
- Staff will determine whether your maintenance request is a general maintenance item or an emergency. (General maintenance will be resolved within a reasonable timeframe).
- We will request permission to enter your home.
- A work order is created and added to a list based on priority.
- We will then dispatch a caretaker to your home to investigate the concern.
- We then attempt to have any repairs done in a timely manner.
