Maintenance Requests

In the event of a fire, medical emergency, or violent situation, please call 911.
Please report the emergency to our toll-free maintenance repair number as soon as it’s safe to do so at 1-877-590-0204

General Maintenance Issues

A maintenance request should be submitted when maintenance or repairs are required in your home. For example, a request might address leaky pipes, re-hanging closet doors, M’akola appliance repairs, or any issues in common areas.

Requests for repairs are only made through the toll-free maintenance repair number at 1-877-590-0204.
All maintenance requests are logged and allocated through our central system. Please don’t contact the Caretakers directly.

General Maintenance Procedure

  1. It is the tenants’ responsibility to notify the office immediately of any required repairs.
  2. Staff will determine whether your maintenance request is a general maintenance item or an emergency. (General maintenance will be resolved within a reasonable timeframe).
  3. We will request permission to enter your home.
  4. A work order is created and added to a list based on priority.
  5. We will then dispatch a caretaker to your home to investigate the concern.
  6. We then attempt to have any repairs done in a timely manner.
